	Elementary Math Morning A big thank you to all the parents, teachers, and building leaders who engaged in a morning dedicated to elementary math this past Wednesday. After diving into many of the lessons, tools, and assessments we use to support math learning, parents asked questions and engaged in dialog aimed at guiding changes and improvements that will take place over the summer for implementation next year. We look forward to updating you on that work as the 2025-26 school year starts!
	Retirement & Recognition On Tuesday, Scarsdale Public Schools held our annual Retirement & Recognition ceremony honoring both retirees and employees who have completed 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and...yes...45 years of service to our District! 	Butler Track & Field Closure SHS class of 2025 Commencement is set for June 20th at 7 PM on Butler Field. The Butler Field track and turf at Scarsdale High School will be closed from Wednesday, June 18, through the evening of Friday, June 20, to accommodate graduation preparations. Signage will be posted at the facility during the closure as a reminder to the public. We thank the community for understanding.
	Thank You! As the year draws to a close, we want to thank all of our parents and caregivers, our PTC, our PTAs, and Maroon & White for their continued support throughout the year. Collectively, the Board received 41 gifts this year totaling $342,316 to support programming and experiences beyond the curriculum that we would not otherwise be able to provide for our students. We are also grateful to Scarsdale Family Counseling Service and our partners in the Village, including the Mayor, Village Manger, Parks and Recreation, SPD, the Fire Department, and the rest of the Village team! You are essential partners in our work and we thank you!
	State Champs & More! The Girls Flag Football team won the New York State Class A Championship! Sam Saeed captured 2nd place in the State for boys tennis, and coach Jen Roane was nominated for NFHS Coach of the Year! Congratulations to our student-athletes on an incredibly successful season, and an amazing year!
