	Elementary Math Parent Coffee & Survey On June 11th from 8:30 - 10 am, teachers, principals, and math coordinators are hosting an Elementary Math event for current K-5 parents. The workshop is at SHS, 2 Brewster Rd, in Rooms 170-172 (use the main Brewster Rd entrance). Please come even if you can't be there for the whole time - a late arrival is fine. 	Tunes in Bloom @ SPL Over 100 attendees turned out for last Sunday's Tunes in Bloom concert at Scarsdale Public Library. Hosted by Friends of Music & Art, the event nurtured budding musicians by creating an inviting atmosphere to perform and share their love of music. The range of performances was outstanding, from self-composed pieces, to story sharing on the composition process, to jazz pieces, our students were outstanding! 	End of Year Celebrations The time is upon us! Our end of year celebrations are only a few weeks away. Our first 5th grade moving up ceremony will be Quaker Ridge's on June 13th. The 8th grade luncheon and party is on June 17th, Edgewood's moving up is on June 18th, and Fox Meadow, Greenacres, and Heathcote celebrate their 5th graders on June 20th. The A School class of 2025 will be honored on June 18th, and the full SHS class of 2025 Commencement is set for June 20th at 7 PM on Butler Field. Congratulations to our students!
	Calendar Update - Parent Teacher Conferences The 2025-26 Parent Teacher Conferences have been set and updated on our school calendar. Here are the dates: Fall 2025 (Grade K-5): Friday, December 5 and Friday, December 12 - 1/2 day early dismissal; Tuesday, December 9 - after school conferences (approx. 3:30-5:30) \| Spring 2026 (Grades K-2): Thursday, March 19 and Thursday, March 26 - 1/2 day early dismissal; Tuesday, March 24 - after-school conferences (approx. 3:30-5:30) and Grades 3-5 Zoom conferences.
	Athletics Success Continues! The season has wrapped up for some, while the postseason continues for others. Our Section 1 Champion Girls Golf Team is sending three athletes to States in Rochester this weekend, while the Girls Track and Field state qualifier meet continues today. Our Girls Flag Football squad plays in the State Finals this weekend in Cortland, and Boys Tennis player Sam Saeed also competes this weekend in the State Individuals Tournament.
