My name is Jennifer Cheung. I was born and raised in the Pelham Parkway area of the Bronx. I am the youngest of three girls.I attended NYC public schools up to 9th grade. I went to St. Catherine Academy for high school. I attended Manhattan College in Riverdale for both undergraduate and graduate school. I have a master's degree in Special Education. I received my second master's degree from The College of New Rochelle in literacy.

I will be celebrating my 10th year at Quaker Ridge School. This is my 9th year teaching second grade. I taught first & fourth grade at PS 83 for four years. PS 83 is located in the Morris Park area of the Bronx. I love teaching second grade. It is a great age group. The second grade curriculum is fun and exciting.

yankeeOutside of school I enjoy traveling, bowling (I was on a bowling league) baseball(Yankee fan) and photography(I love to take pictures). Attached are a few pictures that were taken over the summer. 
This summer I took a few technology classes and a three day Lincoln Center Workshop.

I spent time catching up with friends and family. In May my son celebrated his second birthday. I enjoyed spending time with him. We had a fun filled summer.
