A scoliosis screening must be performed between July and May of every child's Freshman year. A Physician's Physical exam  done within this time frame will satisfy this requirement provided the exam includes a Scoliosis check and it is received in my office prior to mid-May. A document signed by a physician with the result of the exam will also satisfy this requirement.

Any child on whom we have not received a Physical exam by this date will be screened by the school nurse during a subsequent PE class.
